• Practice Location: Lansdale YMCA
• Times/Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays
  • Early Practice (younger swimmers) 7:00-7:45pm
  • Late Practice (older swimmers) 7:45-8:45pm
• First Practice: Thursday, October 2nd
• Equipment: All swimmers should arrive to practice on time and have the following:
  • Swim suit: Boys are required to wear jammers or a brief style suit. Girls are required to wear a one piece competition style swimsuit.
  • Goggles
  • Towel
  • Swim cap (mandatory for girls; optional for boys)
• Jewelry: No jewelry should be worn for meets or practices. This is a CYSL rule.
• Arrival:  Swimmers should arrive dressed for swim practice and expect to leave in swimsuits.  
• Dismissal:  It is the expectation that parents are at the pool, in the building with their swimmers when practice is over.  For safety reasons, we can not allow kids to leave the building and meet parents in the parking lot.
