• Please email the team by the Wednesday before a meet if you cannot attend. This is VERY important because it is difficult to make changes the day of the meet. If you are sick or have an emergency, the day of the meet, please text XXXXXXXX
• Pack your child water for them to have on-deck. All swimmers must remain on deck for the entire meet. The ready moms will pull them for their events as they come up and if they wander off, they will miss their event.
• Pack your child something to do on their down time that is waterproof.
• Pack your child at least two towels–they get wet very quickly and the children get cold.
• Do not forget goggles and swim caps (for the girls or long haired boys they are mandatory)
• For spectators the viewing area can get hot, so dress in layers.
• No parents on the pool deck during the meet except for meet workers.
• JEWELRY-Please note, no jewelry should be worn for meets or practices. This is a CYSL rule.
